Directions
The Village Commons is located in the center of the town of South Hadley,
Massachusetts, one hour from Hartford, and 1.5 hours from Boston or Albany,
11 miles from the center of Northampton, 16 miles from Springfield, and
minutes from Amherst or Hadley.
From the South:
Routh 91 North, take Exit 16 (Route 202, Holyoke - South Hadley). Follow the signs for
Mount Holyoke College. Turn right on rt 202 North, continue through Holyoke and across
the Connecticut River. You will enter a rotary. Take a second right off the rotary and
continue on rt 202. Then take the second exitoff rt 202 onto rt 116 North. The Village
commons is approximatly three miles on the left, directly across from Mount Holyoke College.
From the North:
Route 91 South, take Exit 16 (Route 202, Holyoke - South Hadley). Take a left at the end of
the ramp onto Route 202 North. Follow directions from above.
From the Massachusetts Turnpike, East or West:
Take Exit 5 (Holyoke - Chicopee) and stay to the right, to "South Hadley". At the end of
the ramp turn left onto Route 33 North. Continue on Route 33 for approximately five miles
to Route 116 North. The Village Commons is approximately two miles on
the left, directly across from Mount Holyoke College.
